Parking Enforcement Attendant
At Towne Park, you will make a direct impact by ensuring safe and compliant parking for patients, visitors, and guests.
Compensation & ScheduleHourly base pay of $16 plus commission for enforcement. Flexible full‑time and part‑time hours.

- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co‑workers, and clients
- Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked
- Enforce parking by issuing citations based on preapproved guidelines to non‑paid or time‑expired parkers
- Manage lot signage (take down, repair, assemble signs)
- Maintain lot cleanliness by collecting trash, cleaning signage, and performing general maintenance
- Troubleshoot parking meters and equipment where applicable
- Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Perform seasonal tasks, including snow removal, shoveling, salting, and snow thrower operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- 1–3 months of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage guests
- Trainable to operate and maintain revenue control equipment
- Skilled in facility maintenance and upkeep
- Competent in logging information and performing quick, accurate mathematical calculations
- Basic knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
- Proficiency in calculator and fee computer use
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong initiative, sound judgment, and discretion under varied conditions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, agencies, and colleagues
- Capability to operate a motor vehicle and stand for the duration of a shift
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
Work is performed outdoors for most of the shift, often in extreme heat or cold. Duties include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
