FP&A Analyst; Strategic Finance Focus

, we’re looking for an FP&A Analyst who enjoys working in Excel, building models, and translating data into meaningful business insights. This role is designed for an analyst looking to step into a FP&A position with strong exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.

• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision making
• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasts processes
• Analyze revenue, expense, and margin trends and present findings to CFO
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support executive decisions
• Partner with Department Heads to track performance against budget and identify risks and opportunities
• Help maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards
  
  Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
• Assist in preparation of board and management presentations, including PowerPoint Decks
• Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP etc)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the highest attention to detail
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
• Self-driven, results oriented and highly motivated

• Experience with Net Suite, Concur, Data Rails and/or Power BI
• Background in financial services or capital markets
