Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the annual budget and forecasting processes, including coordination of timelines, checklists, and cross-functional deliverables.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including data input, tracking submissions, reporting, and analytical support.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within Hyperion Planning/Essbase systems.
Assist with Hyperion Planning security administration and system structure as needed.
Lead overhead cost analysis and prepare monthly variance reports with insights across departments.
Develop, prepare, and analyze financial reports comparing actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Investigate financial variances and provide clear explanations and recommendations to management.
Support facilities and departments in budget preparation and justification processes.
Prepare weekly financial dashboards and recurring management reports.
Produce ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested.
Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement in reporting and workflows.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree in Business preferred.
1–3 years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience with FP&A systems or ERP platforms;
Hyperion Planning/Essbase experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a structured environment.
Experience interpreting financial data and producing clear, actionable insights.
