We're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support pricing strategy, reimbursement analysis, and cost optimization in the pharmaceutical and infusion therapy space. This role also contributes to broader financial planning and operational improvements across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and manage drug pricing and reimbursement strategies to optimize margins and revenue
• Conduct financial modeling and benchmarking across payers, providers, and vendors
• Identify and track cost-saving opportunities and support vendor contract evaluations
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, commission tracking, and performance trends
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements with financial insights

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or infusion therapy
• Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling
• Understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and contracting strategies a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
