Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM;
Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

At Debt Resolve Pro , we help businesses navigate financial hurdles through expert debt settlement. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Financial & Data Analyst to bridge the gap between our operational data and our bottom line.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel, reporting, and business analysis skills who enjoys working with operational and financial data to improve business performance. The position focuses heavily on reporting accuracy, CRM management, trend analysis, and supporting leadership with actionable business insights.

This is not a software engineering or data science role. We are seeking a practical business analyst who is comfortable working with reports, financial trends, CRM systems, and operational metrics in a fast-paced business environment.

• Maintain and update reports and dashboards within Zoho Analytics to track settlement rates, cash flow projections, and departmental ROI.
• Analyze operational and financial trends to support business decision-making.
• Track settlement activity, recovery trends and operational KPIs
• Audit settlement files to identify funder behavior, discount trends, and payment structures to optimize negotiation strategies.
• Support workflow improvement and reporting automation within Zoho
• Reconcile CRM information with internal financial records and reporting.
• Help identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement

• Experience managing data within a CRM (Zoho preferred)
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, P&L impact, and basic accounting principles within the lending or settlement space.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
• At least 1 year of experience in Fintech, MCA, Debt Settlement, or Commercial Finance is preferred.
