  Usually 1-3+ years in ICU, step‑down, or other high‑acuity environments

  Proficiency in advanced airway management, central lines, arterial lines, ventilators, etc.

  Willingness to work varied shifts (some hospitals may require call, nights, weekends)
• Professionalism and Communication:
  Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
