Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team at Delray Skin, a modern skin and wellness studio by Delray Dermatology. In this role you will deliver professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients experience relief from discomfort, improve mobility, and achieve a healthier lifestyle through tailored massage techniques.

• Perform customized massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various massage modalities and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management and injury recovery.
• Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient feedback, treatment notes, and progress updates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations, including occupational health standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to support comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills.

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification.
• Proven experience in patient service with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care.
• Proficiency in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
• Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health principles.

• 40% commission on all massage services performed
• + commission on products sold

4 days a week including Saturdays.
