• Providing personalized assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Monitoring residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Assisting with meal service and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided

• Administering medications in accordance with state and facility protocols
• Monitoring residents’ health status during overnight hours and responding to any emergencies
• Assisting with basic medical procedures and documentation
• Ensuring medication safety and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Providing compassionate, respectful care to promote residents’ comfort and dignity

• Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts

• Current Florida certification as a Medical Technician (CMT)
• Experience in medication management and resident care
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to medication administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and respond calmly in emergency situations
