Medical Billing & RCM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced revenue cycle professional who understands medical billing processes and can support clients and internal teams when billing-related questions arise. Take accountability for billing-related workflow issues through resolution, applying sound judgment and identifying root causes rather than addressing only surface-level symptoms.

This role does not involve daily claim submission or payment posting. Instead, you will serve as a billing knowledge resource during onboarding and ongoing client support, helping ensure revenue cycle workflows are set up and functioning properly.

• Support onboarding teams when billing workflow questions arise
• Assist clients with billing process-related system questions
• Help coordinate ERA, EFT, and EDI enrollments
• Provide guidance on claim workflow and denial-related issues
• Work with internal billing teams to troubleshoot client concerns
• Apply practical billing knowledge to resolve real-world scenarios
• Support improvements in revenue cycle workflows when gaps are identified

• 3–4 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
• Solid understanding of the claims lifecycle
• Experience with clearinghouses and payer portals
• Familiarity with ERA/EFT enrollments
• Experience working with EHR/PM systems
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Practical, common-sense approach to billing issues
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Experience supporting multi-provider practices
• Familiarity with payer requirements and common denial trends
• Experience assisting with billing-related training
• Clearinghouse-level operational exposure
• Process improvement and workflow automation exposure
• Salary: $50,000 – $70,0 00 annually (based on experience)
