A day in your life! Helping patients, managing a busy FRONT DESK and are a team player we want to meet you.

• Warmly greet and check in patients
• Verify and update patient information
• Manage patient flow and communicate with the clinical team
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect co‑pays, deductibles and balances
• Schedule follow‑appointments

• Medical office experience required – eyecare experience is a plus
• Professional, punctual, and reliable
• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment

You will enjoy working in a positive and supportive environment Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
