As an Administrative Care Coordinator , you’ll be a key part of our patient experience—working closely with patients, providers, and teammates while gaining exposure to medical operations, patient care coordination, and healthcare administration.
What you’ll do- Provide a warm, professional welcome in person and by phone
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
- Support check‑in, check‑out and patient flow
- Collect and update patient information accurately
- Communicate clearly with clinical staff to keep the schedule on track
- Assist with basic office tasks, scanning and documentation
- Resolve patient questions with empathy and urgency
- No experience required, we train
- Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly presence
- Clear communication, professionalism and attention to detail
- Comfort learning new software and workflows quickly
- Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented
- Interest in healthcare, patient service, pre‑med, pre‑PA or related paths is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong computer skills and learning new platforms
- 18 to 24 months preferred (ideal)
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (hours set by clinic schedule)
