Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist

Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

• Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
• State licensure

• Base Salary
  : $83,000 - $119,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
