Cascades is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team! • Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Set clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Use a combination of exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process and self-care techniques.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.
• Valid PT license in the state of practice.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening in accordance with state regulations.
