Role Overview

As a Scheduling Coordinator at First Light Home Care, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure optimal client care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and clients to manage availability and align care services with client needs. You’ll work on-site in Delray Beach, Florida, providing a supportive role that makes a significant impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.

Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to manage availability and expectations.

Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.

Utilize scheduling software to maintain and update schedules accurately.

Foster strong relationships with caregivers and clients to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Compassionate and dependable nature, with a strong commitment to patient care.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

Minimum 1–2 years of scheduling experience, preferably in home health or healthcare

Strong communication skills to facilitate interactions between clients and caregivers.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Reliable transportation for potential client visits or meetings.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Bonus If You

Can communicate in both English and Spanish to support a diverse clientele.

Have previous experience in healthcare or home care scheduling.

Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules effectively.

Employment Type

& Availability

This position is Full-Time, with the flexibility to work on various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Location

This position is on-site only, located in Delray Beach, Florida.
