A wonderful UHNW family living in a private oceanfront residence in Southern Palm Beach County is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeper with strong laundry and ironing skills.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a professional who takes pride in maintaining a five-star household standard and enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a formal high-end residence alongside other staff members. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, discreet, and able to anticipate household needs while maintaining exceptional cleaning and laundry standards.

You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and report to the Estate Manager. The family values professionalism, teamwork, and a respectful household environment.

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday; 10am - 7pm

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-charge housekeeping, maintaining a five-star hotel-level appearance at all times
• Rotating deep cleaning and daily maintenance routines
• Expert-level laundry care including ironing, steaming, garment care, hand washing, and minor repairs
• Caring for fine furnishings and specialty surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, mirrors, vents, grout, chandeliers, and detailed woodwork
• Managing household product rotation and ensuring nothing is expired
• Assisting with formal and informal service during entertaining
• Light pet care (small dogs - walking and cleanup)
• Running errands as needed
• Adapting daily routines based on household activity and priorities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-end formal private residence
• Excellent laundry and ironing skills (this is essential)
• Stellar references from previous employers
• Must live within 30 miles of Linton Blvd. Bridge (Delray Beach area)
• Valid U.S. work authorization
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with small dogs
• Non-smoker
• Physically able to climb stairs and lift up to 20 lbs
• Uniforms will be provided.
  This is a drug-free workplace.

Compensation:
Starting at $38 per hour
