Monday & Wednesday – 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 9 am‑1 pm (Tues & Thurs off)

The pool attendant is responsible for overseeing the pool area, making safety announcements and maintaining an inventory of all pool‑side equipment so it is always available for guests. Experienced in the hospitality industry, the attendant serves residents by providing information and services.

• Oversee both adult and child pool areas and make safety announcements.
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown for pool‑side activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Provide service‑oriented support to guests.
• Pick up debris from the pool and perform basic cleaning tasks.
• Check sports equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
• Report broken equipment to the manager so replacement can be ordered.
• Work as a team member.
• Be accessible to and approachable for residents and guests.
• Follow the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and apply relevant procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college‑level hospitality coursework preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual ability is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Work in an upright standing position for long periods.
• Walk and climb stairs; handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects and equipment.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Communicate and receive information verbally and in writing.
• Navigate the property/building quickly as required to perform job functions.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
