• Anticipate guests’ needs
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
• Clean rooms/suites as assigned, which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks
• Prepare room for evening services such as adjusting drapes and lighting
• Report room as clean to front desk
• Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
