As an HR Recruiter at First Light Home Care Gold Coast, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring talented individuals who align with our compassionate culture. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with department managers to understand hiring needs, promote job openings, and foster a positive candidate experience. You will work on-site in Delray Beach, Florida, ensuring we build a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care.

• Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with company values.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
• Enhance the recruitment strategy by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in English;
  Spanish is a plus.

• Have a certification in HR or related fields.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Understand the nuances of hiring for caregiver positions.

This position is part-time or full-time and may require weekend availability.

This position is on-site in Delray Beach, Florida.
