Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Customer Logistics

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to serve as the final line of defense in our pre-move logistics process. You will be responsible for validating customer information, refining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all financial and legal documentation is finalized before a job is cleared for the carrier.

The objective is simple:
Perfection. You will ensure that every client is fully prepared, every item is accounted for, and our operational hand-offs are flawless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Verification: Execute scheduled and TBD-window QA calls to verify all customer data. You are responsible for auditing the accuracy of the sales process, ensuring all preliminary requirements are met, and updating client information in real-time.
  • Inventory Integrity: Conduct a thorough, high-precision review of the inventory list with the client. You must proactively identify missing items or discrepancies to ensure the move is executed without surprises on pickup day.
  • Financial & Administrative Processing: Collect and process deposits securely and accurately. Oversee the finalization of all job-related paperwork, ensuring it is comprehensive and ready for immediate carrier dispatch.
  • Operational Handoff: Serve as the critical bridge between the customer and the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that all updated, verified documents are transmitted to the carrier team promptly to keep operations moving on schedule.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on professional, thorough customer engagement.
  • High-level attention to detail—specifically regarding inventory management and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a dynamic daily workload of scheduled and ad-hoc appointments.
  • Proficiency in CRM/Data management software.
Why Join Us?

We are committed to operational excellence. In this role, you play a pivotal part in our customer experience, turning chaotic logistical information into a structured, reliable plan. If you are detail-obsessed and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will be a perfect fit.
