Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support Professional

We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide hands-on technical support across end-user devices, Microsoft environments, and core infrastructure. This role will support daily IT operations including Intune administration, Microsoft 365 support, device imaging, Active Directory user administration, basic network troubleshooting, and entry-level server support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop support for end users in onsite and remote environments
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and policy management
• Support the Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and user account issues
• Perform PC imaging, deployment, refreshes, and hardware/software installations
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues involving routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks
• Assist with basic server support, including monitoring, patching assistance, and routine maintenance
• Respond to tickets, document resolutions, and escalate more complex issues when needed
• Set up and support printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room technology
• Maintain asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding activities
