• Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 annually, paid bi‑weekly.
• This position is eligible for variable compensation in accordance with the Charter Sourcing Specialist Variable Compensation Structure.
• This position is classified as FLSA Exempt.

The Charter Sourcing Specialist is a strategic and operational role within Jet Access's charter pipeline, responsible for evaluating supplemental lift solutions, managing vendor relationships, and guiding trips from initial request through confirmed booking. This role requires independent judgment, market intelligence, and active negotiation to identify the most effective sourcing strategy for each trip—balancing aircraft suitability, operator reliability, client expectations, and commercial viability.

The Charter Sourcing Specialist plays a direct role in protecting Jet Access's reputation, profitability, and long‑term operator relationships.

• Evaluate supplemental lift solutions based on aircraft suitability, operator reliability, routing efficiency, pricing structure, operational risk, and client expectations, applying independent judgment to identify the most effective sourcing strategy for each trip.
• Analyze multiple aircraft and operator scenarios to determine optimal solutions that balance client experience, operational practicality, and commercial viability—guiding sourcing direction through informed decision‑making rather than transactional quote distribution.
