Senior Project Manager - Luxury High End Residential / Commercial

SYZYGY Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. As an Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion
• Gain and sustain a deep understanding of the organization to

effectively manage and oversee all construction projects and initiatives.

• Aid in the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, cost-efficiently, and on schedule, in line with the approved scope of work and quality standards.

• Facilitate Change Orders and coordinate manufacturer deliveries.
• Coordinate inspections, manage project closeout, and schedule service as needed.

• Reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and other executive members, providing necessary support and technical assistance

• Develop detailed plans, set milestone targets, and ensure deadlines are met

• Update checklist items on project status in real-time to maintain thorough and comprehensive project documentation

• Procure additional parts for projects as needed.
• Manage the company calendar, meetings, and important events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field

preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related field.

• Knowledge of construction project management software.
• Keen attention to minute details
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in the use of Mac-based software and technology.
