Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking to hire a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join its Corporate Finance team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping financial direction, supporting executive leadership, and enhancing the company’s long-term capital allocation strategy.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization
• Deliver financial insights and performance analysis to senior and executive leadership
• Develop and present Board-level materials, including operating results, guidance, and forecasts
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization
• Oversee and enhance FP&A systems, tools, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team (Managers & Senior Analysts)
• Drive process improvements and automation across financial planning functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and support business enhancement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Strong leadership experience managing finance teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with Hyperion and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques (DCF, NPV, IRR preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex deliverables under tight timelines
