Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
Lead Our Maintenance TeamWest Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands‑on Maintenance Director to oversee all facility maintenance operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
This leadership role is responsible for managing building systems, preventative maintenance, repairs, regulatory compliance, and supervising the maintenance team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all facility maintenance operations
- Ensure repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep meet all safety and regulatory standards
- Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and warranties
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety, performance, and compliance
- Coordinate renovations, installations, and preventative maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and on‑call needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Availability for on‑call emergencies as needed
