Sr. Project ManagerWe are looking for a Sr. Project Manager who will lead a team of professionals to complete projects on schedule and within budget. The role includes budgeting, schedule adjustments, and resource advocacy.
Travel is required.
Job Responsibilities (not exhaustive)- Creating long‑ and short‑term plans, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines.
- Delegating tasks to the best positioned employees.
- Making effective decisions among multiple options for project progression.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project.
- Communicating with executives or the board to align projects with strategic goals.
- Performing quality control throughout development to maintain standards.
- Adjusting schedules and targets as needs or financing change.
- Managing multiple projects individually and as a team.
- Overseeing a department of project managers, including budget management and risk analysis.
- Collaborating with Project Managers & Field Operations Managers to document scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and resource estimates.
- Managing teams through all phases of project development.
- Ensuring projects stay in-scope and meet budget, scheduling, and quality requirements.
- Providing status updates at predetermined intervals with management.
- Monitoring project budgets and CTC requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to project contracts, specifications, and documents.
- Establishing key project criteria metrics.
- Developing project control and reporting procedures, managing changes in the operational plan.
- Planning and leading status review meetings with internal team members, vendors, and clients.
- Training, managing, and motivating the project team; resolving conflicts.
- Leading development of projects and programs that establish quality objectives.
- Interface directly with the team to define requirements and expectations.
- Creating a work plan with schedule, milestones, controls, and risk factors.
- Identifying complex risks, leading reviews, creating risk mitigation plans, and implementing action plans.
- Enhancing company reputation by owning projects, exploring new possibilities, and adding value.
- Maintaining strong understanding of business strategies, goals, and missions.

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- At least 10 years of MEP project management experience.
- Required to stand, walk, sit.

- Reach with hand(s) and arm(s).
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
