As a Team Leader in Manufacturing & Production at HOERBIGER, you will lead a shop-floor team producing high-precision components and systems for global compression, drive, and mechatronic applications. You will coordinate daily production activities, ensure adherence to strict safety and quality standards, and drive on-time delivery for international customers. Partnering closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality, you will support continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and help introduce new or optimized processes.
You will coach and develop operators, promote a culture of reliability and accountability, and contribute to HOERBIGER's engineering-driven, innovation-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production operators in the Manufacturing & Production department to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
- Coordinate daily production schedules, allocate resources, and resolve shop-floor issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to HOERBIGER safety standards, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality metrics, perform basic inspections, and drive corrective actions for nonconformances.
- Implement and support lean and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, providing regular performance feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to introduce new products and improve reliability.
- Report production KPIs, document incidents, and support audits and customer requirements.
- Promote a culture of precision, reliability, and accountability aligned with HOERBIGER's values.
