Hoerbiger is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a safety-focused, engineering-driven environment. You will supervise production teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time, high-quality output of precision components for global compression, drive, and mechatronic solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, enforcing safety and quality standards, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues, support new product introductions, and coach operators.
This role offers exposure to advanced industrial technology and international projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and shop-floor personnel
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet delivery and quality targets
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity KPIs and take corrective action
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and conduct regular safety checks
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality on process issues
- Implement and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train, coach, and evaluate production operators and leads
- Ensure proper use and care of equipment, tools, and materials
- Maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and shift handoffs
- Support new product introductions and process changes on the line
