The Manufacturing Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Delray Beach, FL. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting ozone and hydroxyl generators according to established manufacturing processes and quality standards. Daily tasks include working in clean and organized production areas, following technical documentation and work instructions, performing routine inspections, and maintaining accurate production records. The technician collaborates with supervisors and team members to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure products meet safety and performance requirements.

The role may also include basic equipment maintenance and participation in continuous improvement activities.

• Experience working in controlled or clean room environments and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and use of hand tools and production equipment.
• Quality control skills, including inspecting components, identifying defects, and documenting results.
• Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical issues in manufactured products.
• Effective communication skills for working with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, electronics, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
