CNC Saw Operator

Hoerbiger is seeking a CNC Saw Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will set up, program, and operate CNC saws to cut metal components to precise specifications for advanced compression, drive, and mechatronic products. Responsibilities include selecting materials, interpreting drawings, verifying dimensions with precision measuring tools, and performing routine equipment maintenance. You will follow strict safety and quality standards while working in an engineering-driven, innovation-focused environment with opportunities for long-term growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC saws to cut metal components to specification
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and job travelers to determine cutting requirements
• Select and load materials, fixtures, and tooling safely and efficiently
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Monitor machine operation, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on saws and related equipment
• Follow all safety, quality, and 5
• S/lean manufacturing procedures
• Accurately record production data, material usage, and nonconformances
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and engineering to resolve production issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and safety
