Marketing Director for Senior Living Community

Join Our Team as Marketing and Sales Director. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. In this critical role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, foster strong relationships within the community, and actively grow our patient census. You will collaborate closely with physicians, clinics, hospitals, assisted living facilities, hospice organizations, and home care providers to strengthen our referral network.

Additionally, you will facilitate a smooth admissions process by gathering necessary information and completing required documentation for new residents transitioning from home, hospitals, or other facilities.

• 5-8 years marketing leadership experience
• Direct experience in CCRC communities with strong knowledge and experience
• Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve or exceed occupancy and revenue targets for Independent Living (IL) communities
• Elevate marketing execution
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing, and occupancy performance to identify growth opportunities
• Develop referral networks and conduct tours
• Collaborate with Executive Directors, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align efforts with business goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions
• Utilize CRM tools and reporting to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement action plans
