DADFUEL is a fast-growing DTC supplement brand based in Delray Beach, Florida.

We’re an early-stage, founder-led business with a lean all-star team, which means anyone who joins gets real ownership and a front-row seat to how an ecom brand actually gets built and scaled.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delray Beach for someone early in their career who wants to learn ecom from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder on marketing projects across the entire business, with hands-on, real work from day one. If you want to run your own thing one day, this is the fastest way to learn how.

• Creating short-form content for the brand’s channels, filming, editing, and shipping a steady stream of it
• Growing the brand’s Tik Tok Shop, from product listings to creator seeding
• Building and running an affiliate and creator program, recruiting and onboarding partners and keeping them active
• Managing search and social ads, from campaign setup and promotions to optimization
• Acting as the founder’s right hand in a chief-of-staff capacity, owning projects end to end and keeping things moving

• Hungry and driven, fast learner
• Resourceful, figures things out instead of waiting to be told
• Strong writer and communicator
• Comfortable with technology and AI tools, or eager to get there fast
• Low ego and high output, no task is beneath them
• Local to Delray Beach, or able to be on-site full-time
• A plus if you’ve made content before (Tik Tok, Reels, You Tube) or are comfortable on camera
• Potential and drive matter more than résumé or degree. Recent grads and career changers are encouraged to apply
