What You'll Own

* Lead daily nursing operations and clinical excellence

* Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable

* Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are done right, every time

* Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes

* Manage staffing, quality, and compliance

What You Bring

* Active RN license

* 2+ years leadership experience (long-term care preferred)

* Strong clinical judgment plus team leadership skills
