The RN provides high quality, safe, cost‑effective, total nursing to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patients’ experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, infection control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care.
QualificationsEducation

Minimum:
Education recognized by the State of Florida as a qualification for Registered Nurse licensure. Preferred: BSN.
Experience
:
None.
Required Certification/Licensure/Registration
:
Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida. American Heart Association BLS certification. For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
