Delray Medical Center is seeking a clinical nurse manager to join our leadership team in Delray Beach, FL. The role collaborates with the Director to organize, develop and assure cost‑effective, high‑quality patient care.
The incumbent will supervise staff, mentor nurse managers, and drive performance improvement across the unit. The position requires a BSN, at least two years of supervisory experience, and Florida RN licensure with BLS certification; ACLS is required for Critical Care units.
