- Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates promptly with the nursing team.
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living when needed.
- Support and mentor Resident Assistants during your shift.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Active Florida Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for serving seniors
