Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Care Center in Delray Beach for night shifts. You will coordinate end-of-life care, assess patient and family needs, and collaborate with the physician and interdisciplinary team.
You'll use hospice nursing expertise to monitor conditions, implement the care plan, provide education, and address concerns with empathy. Florida RN license and BLS are required, with EMR experience and reliable transportation preferred.
