QA​/QC Technician, FL

We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Technician to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality and food safety standards.

Title: QA/QC Technician
Reports To: QA/QC Manager
Location: Delray Beach, FL
Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Non-Exempt

• Inspect inbound/outbound products and document findings
• Perform temperature and culture testing on products
• Ensure products meet safety and quality standards, including organic handling and HACCP compliance
• Operate testing equipment such as PAA and chlorine pumps, metal detectors, and calibrate tools
• Monitor sanitation processes, conduct shelf-life and sensory testing, and manage paperwork
• Enforce GMP, color coding, and hold/release programs
• Perform rework and reinspection activities as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Exposure to product fumes, chemicals, and varying temperatures
• Experience in food quality inspection, produce preferred
• Basic computer skills and HACCP certification or training
