Pero Family Farms is seeking a 2nd Shift QA/QC Technician in Delray Beach, FL. This full-time, onsite, non-exempt role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and Food Safety Standards.
The technician will inspect products, perform temperature and culture tests, document data, manage sanitation and HACCP controls, and support GMP operations. The position requires flexibility to work 4 PM–2 AM, holidays and weekends, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
