Real Estate Sales - Part Time

We are looking for eager licensed real estate agents who have full-time jobs interested in building real estate sales income in their free time, working with friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers.

• Broker support and guidance from someone who encourages you as a part-time agent with a full-time job

• Flexible hours. You decide when you work
• Transaction support for deals

• Active real estate license in Florida
• A full-time job elsewhere, with a genuine interest in doing real estate on the side
• Reliable, professional, and responsive, even if you're only available part of the week
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, and email
• Self-motivated, with no experience requirement beyond your license

• Help your sphere of influence (friends, neighbors, coworkers) with their real estate needs
• Conduct typical self-directed real estate activities like showings in your free time
• Prepare paperwork for listings and sales, follow up, and keep clients informed

Before transitioning to real estate full-time, our Broker was a full-time employee too. He learned he could make a nice income just by helping friends, family, and coworkers buy and sell homes, and encourages others to do the same! You don't need to leave your career to earn from real estate.
