Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, uphold legal and company policies, manage cleanliness and compliance, and lead the team when the Store Manager is absent. Your goal is to create efficient workflows, deliver great guest experiences, and uphold high‑quality products.

• Support the Store Manager in leading team members in alignment with the company Manifest and operational principles.
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure a positive and high‑performing store culture.
• Demonstrate leadership integrity by aligning actions, decisions, and behaviors with company principles.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and ongoing coaching and in‑store training.
• Encourage open communication and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Champion a guest‑first mindset in all store activities.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships within the local community.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Enforce hygiene, cleaning, health, and safety standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards and local regulatory requirements are consistently upheld.
• Assist in stock handling processes, inventory counts, and ordering.
• Support inventory optimization to keep cost of goods sold (COGS) within target limits.
• Assist in driving sales growth and optimizing store profitability.
• Help achieve company‑defined financial and non‑financial KPIs and report opportunities or risks to the Store Manager.

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience with responsibility for team supervision and daily operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster teamwork.
