Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a store zone;
Oversee merchandising and customer service within the zone;
Execute procedures for the assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations;
Oversee scheduling and staffing for unload/processing and floor replenishment to drive productivity;
Supervise zone associates and communicate directives for follow-up;
Open and close the store as needed and perform additional responsibilities as assigned
