Sales Supervisor - Delray Place

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self‑motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing‑short‑of‑amazing experiences for our customers. (At other brands, you might see similar roles called Keyholder.) Across all our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business through face‑to‑face customer interactions. In this role, you will share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, take part in process ideation and improvement, and work on a slew of special projects.

• Lead front‑of‑house operations, selling on the floor, and team touch‑bases when a manager is not present
• Open and close the store
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer‑focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top‑notch customer service

In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate plus variable compensation for eligible employees.

Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.

Non‑exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
