This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role at Versona in Delray Beach, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the retail team, and ensure exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, implementing loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive and productive team environment. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in driving store performance and cultivating a customer-focused culture.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
• Exceptional Communication skills for team leadership and collaboration.
• Proven experience in Store Management and leading a retail team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational security and minimize losses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and effectively manage priorities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is highly desirable.
