Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
