WHAT YOU'LL DO- Style clients and create personalized shopping experiences
- Build real relationships with customers and maintain a strong client book
- Stay on top of trends, new arrivals and designer product knowledge
- Help create an inspiring, visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with social media content and in-store marketing moments
- Meet personal sales goals and contribute to team success
- Keep the store organized, polished and running smoothly
- Bring positive energy to the floor every day
- Fashion-obsessed with a strong personal style
- Friendly, outgoing and confident
- Self-motivated and excited by sales goals
- Creative, detail-oriented and team-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Retail, styling or social media experience is a plus — but personality, energy and attitude matter most
