Rack Room Shoes -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.;
Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff.;
In the absence of the Store Manager, assume total responsibility for all store operations.;
Strive to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.;
Maintain safety and welfare of employees and customers; manage customer issues with urgency; oversee inventory, pricing, merchandising, and visual standards; handle payroll and scheduling; supervise staff training and development.
