Telemarketing Specialist

Job Description:

• The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads via outbound calls.
• This role plays a critical part in boosting sales and expanding our customer base.
• Our candidate will be working 3 days a week, taking charge in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching our products or services effectively.
• This is an on-site position located at our Delray, Florida Office.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve specific call and sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and ensure they are converted into sales.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.

• High school diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven 1-2 years experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role and lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
