About the RoleThis role is suitable for an energetic, positive, outgoing individual who is looking for a fast paced role in sales and enjoys being on the phone, encouraging others, and celebrating the small steps that lead to success in recovery.
Qualified candidates will communicate effectively with potential clients, build a solid rapport, a foundation of trust, and exude empathy and understanding throughout the process.
Job Description- Maintains a clear and working knowledge of the RECO program and is able to communicate that clearly to prospective clients.
- Answers all inbound calls efficiently and courteously.
- Follows up on any leads as needed and requested.
- Manages all lead sources including but not limited to website, direct, chat, etc.
- Makes notes of all inquiries and keeps detailed records of all interactions within the CRM.
- Answers any questions callers may have; appropriately transfers calls as needed.
- Coordinates and schedules prospective client screenings.
- Coordinates and processes all admissions to the facility.
- Responsible for obtaining demographic and financial information during calls.
- Forwards financial coverage information to billing department; verifying insurance information as necessary.
- Ensures the clinical and financial screening criteria have been met prior to admission.
- Obtains necessary consents, identifications and financial documents needed to admit client into the program.
- 1 year + of outbound/sales calling experience preferred
- Knowledge of the addiction recovery field and the 12-Step Program
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and groups
- Proficiency in Apple programs, social media, MS Office, CRM platforms such as Call Tracking Metrics and/or Salesforce a plus
- Understands the need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with clients, families, and all other contacts in accordance with Client’s Rights and HIPAA
