We are now seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team!

• Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs; lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours; and inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to maximize tour readiness.
• Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.
• Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database; perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
• Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

• A passion for sales.
• Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Base wage plus commission. The commission plan is based on revenue received for each move-in, ranging between 3%–6% of move-in costs. A monthly or quarterly bonus plan may also be available depending on occupancy.
