As the Spa Sales Lead, you will hold a dynamic front‑line leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence and cultivating a high‑performing, motivated front desk team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Spa Sales Associate with an added focus on driving sales results, coaching team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets while keeping each service memorable and exceptional.

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of Spa Associate or comparable sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and follow‑up skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• 18 years old or older.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
